Co-founder of CREXE, a leading EdTech, partners Latam with US top colleges. Founder of Aliat, RE developer in LatAm (hospitality, free trade zones, and retail). Board member in UNIMINUTO, Colombia’s largest university +100k students. Former CEO Business Roundtable of Bogotá (ANDI), Bogotá’s largest multisector  business association. Cofounder Connect Bogotá, Colombia´s largest Education -Government- business innovation nonprofit network. J.D. at Sorbonne (Paris) and an MBA at MIT.

Felipe Jaramillo

Co-Founder and Managing Partner

Founder of Edtech companies and K-12 greenfield projects in the US with more than 15 years of experience. Founder of  Neurofocus, 1st neuromarketing company in LatAm – acquired by Nielsen, where he worked as LatAm Director and global Senior VP. Former CEO of ProColombia, Colombia’s national investment agency. Former C-Suite executive of Molson Coors. Expert in corporate leadership, has served as visiting professor, speaker, columnist, board member. MPA at the London School of Economics and an MBA at MIT.

Juan Pablo Restrepo

Co-Founder and Managing Partner

Founding team member of Uber in Latin America. Launched and scaled multiple operations. Over 20 years of business experience in operations, spanning from early-stage to mature businesses. C-Level roles including COO, Vice President, and General Manager in tech and service companies such as Smarthop Inc, Frontdoor Co and Oyo. Former Latam Business Unit Director at Adidas -Reebok. MBA at ESADE Business School.

Richard Moreno

Partner

President of Building Hope Services, LLC BHS provides back office and financial advisory services to charter schools throughout the country. Has facilitated over $2.7 Billion in financings representing over 110 transactions, utilizing; Municipal Bonds, Bank Debt, Private Equity, New Market Tax Credit, CDFI, and EB5. MBA from Florida Atlantic University and a BS in Finance with honors from the University of Florida. Successfully managed exit of charter and Super Premium School Project (19- 24).

Camilo Rivera

Head of Operations

Practical and strategic manager experienced in P&L management, process optimization, project management, and B2C/B2B relationship management. 10 years of international career working in multiple countries with high-growth companies such as Uber, Lime, CloudKitchens and Nowports. Customer Experience expert and speaker: Passionate about creating outstanding customer experiences to drive retention and revenue growth. Experience in managing and scaling team from 0 to 100+, being recognize internally and externally as top leader in environment.

Patricia Restrepo

Head of Marketing & Integration

Co-Founder of Hidrospot, a leading provider of point-of-use drinking water solutions in Colombia, where she scaled and transformed the business until its acquisition by Waterlogic-Culligan. Following the acquisition, she served as Integration & Marketing Director for Latin America, leading post-merger transitions and guiding teams through transformation. Holds an MBA and a background in Marketing, with 20 years of leadership experience in strategy, operations, and business integration across B2B and B2C industries, including healthcare and food sectors throughout LATAM.

Juan Pablo Malagón

Head of Finance & M&A

9 years of experience in M&A and strategic finance across investment banking, corporate finance, and high-growth startups. Led global FP&A for 9 countries at Rappi, one of Latin America’s larger tech companies, driving cash optimization and fundraising. Former Associate at Inverlink, executing cross-border M&A deals worth $800M+ across industries including energy and logistics. Started career at Corficolombiana, Grupo Aval’s $1.5B investment holding company, rising through multiple roles to Investment Associate and Board member of two portfolio companies. MBA at IE Business School.

David Cedeño

Head of Growth

+10 years of experience in Real Estate Investment, Asset Management, and Strategy Consulting across LatAm and Europe. As Investment & Business Development Manager, led Walliance’s entry into Spain, structuring $25M in financing deals in the first yearFormer Associate at Credicorp Capital, member of the GP team of Colombia’s second-largest REIT, closing $100M+ in transactions and managing $700M+ AUMsAcademic background: Economics (Uniandes), Corporate Finance (CESA), MBA (ESADE Business School).

Federico Prieto

FP&A and Accounting Specialist

5 years of experience in financial analysis, consulting, and process automation across high-growth startups in Canada and Latin America. Former Senior Analyst at Gravity, leading 15+ end-to-end implementations and automating complex financial processes such as ACFR, PAFR, and budgetingStarted at Treinta, where I developed unit economics and secured $8K+ in monthly savings through strategic procurement and contract renegotiations, while gaining broad expertise in FP&A, financial modeling for product launches, licensing, and cash burn management.
